Returns or Exchanges

Unfortunately, We do not accept Returns or Exchanges

You are able to cancel an order within an hour of purchase

Please contact us immediately if you have any questions or concerns.

 

We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges for several reasons:

1) Diminishes the value of our product – Our Merchandise is kept in a smoke-free & pet free home

2) It will compromise the integrity of our merchandise

3) We take great pride with our vintage pieces and all of our products. We describe in detail especially the imperfection

 

* We take detailed photos of the item zooming on flaws* we do not shy away from showing you what’s wrong with the item, oftentimes, it adds character to the gem.

 

Note: Colors and size vary on electronic devices so we try to accurately depict the color and size as best as possible. We spend a great deal of time taking photos and measuring the items. We measure our items on live models, dress form mannequin, or as a seamstress would. The measurements are to give you an idea how or if the item will fit.  Most vintage items run smaller due to age-time and wear. Example: The tag might state size 10 however the measurement fits a six 6-8 frame. Most Vintage Pieces have been loved on, used, or worn dearly, so please expect slight color variations, wear marks, or stains.(Once again imperfections will be noted in the description area and shown in pictures)

 

 

Shipping:

We generally ship 2/3 Business Days once Payment Post and Clears

Paypal is our  Preferred form of Payment – We Do Accept Debit & Credit Cards

We Do Not Accept Checks or Money Orders

 

Shipping providers such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS, and Fed Ex offers shipping insurance

If an item arrived broken please immediately contact us and take several pictures of the damaged item.

 

Free Domestic Shipping Only applies to United States proper mainland

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and All International Shoppers please contact us for shipping rates. Buyers are responsible for shipping and handling cost, customs, import taxes, and fees that may apply. We are not responsible for customs delays.
